"More staff for the wards"

Fantastic consultant and surgery but the after care just wasn't there. It is blatantly obvious that there is not enough staff to deal with the work load, constantly stressed and rushed. Silly errors, like notes misread and waiting for tests that didn't need to be done and lack of organisation due to lack of time per patient. Please get these poor staff some more nurses on the ward so they can do the job they trained for, instead of running round like headless chickens! All said, the staff that were there never stopped and did the best they could under difficult circumstances. Thank you dott ward.
