"Long wait"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

Had a 10.30 appointment in spinal clinic - finally got seen at 1.10 - had to take yet more time off work - have been booked in with a Physio in the past when should have been seen by consultant on this same clinic - this has happened twice - never had such bad experience as at this hospital - this clinic need to sort out their bookings - appalling waste of time . That said the staff are friendly and approachable and very helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your experience has not been entirely positive. Sometimes clinics can overrun when the doctors need to spend more time than expected with their patients.
