"Excellent care in ward A5"

My mother has a brain injury and had to go into hospital for an operation which, although small, was likely to cause significant anxiety because of her brain injury. The staff on A5 were excellent in their care, patience, respect and communication. The staff nurse responsible for her bay on the day of admission and surgery, Lone nurse was exceptional. Thank you so much - your care was really appreciated.
