"Secretary not passing on info!?"

Twice in a month I have contacted the department, first time to find out blood test results due to a another condition, 3 times infact and A denial that I did, Last week I spoke to a doctor on Nelson Ward where they asked me if I had a rash, at the time I did not but was released from the ward. The next day I had a rash and phoned the secretary on answer phone and requested it be passed on to the doctor, and again no feed back. I want to know what the Rash is and how I treat it.I had not appeared before. If it comes to it I will return to the hospital and get a selfie asking the secretary in her office.
