"Visit to A & E with my 96 year old mother..."

About: Manor Hospital

So lovely to not be waiting in a corridor for hours. We were kept informed as to what was happening at all times by extremely caring and friendly staff. They couldn't do enough to help and even arranged some new hearing aid batteries for my mum. They also arranged for my son-in-law to bring the car right to the door so she could be taken from the department to the car without a lengthy trip in a wheelchair.
