Today I was seen in the Emergency Eye Clinic. I had a bleed at the back of my eye. To say I was terrified was an understatement. Everyone I met including the lovely doctor, the receptionists , the two healthcare assistants - were so kind and empathetic. The consultant had a lovely bed side manner and was completely professional. I truly thank your wonderful team and am so grateful for their care and treatment. Please forward the above to the relevant people.
