"My Day case experience"

I went into Derriford Hospital yesterday to have foot surgery The medical staff were amazing,every aspect of my surgery was explained in depth I was put at ease from the moment I was seen by the admission nurse Admitted I did have quite a wait I the tv lounge, due to the sheer volume of patients Every single staff member went out of their way to put me at my ease The Care was second to none,and did not feel any pain due to staff knowledge of pain control I would like to say Thank you to all the staff You should all be very proud of the service that you provide I am only sorry that you do not have more support from NHS Thank you so much Mary Shaw
