Had a procedure done in June to remove scar tissue from my jaw. Went for a follow up 2 weeks ago and said I was still in a lot of pain and had swelling on my jaw. Was told it would go down. Has gradually got worse over the past two weeks. Called again to see someone asap and they said to take painkillers and see how it is over the weekend. The pain got worse as did the swelling so called again. The Doctor said if I see them there is nothing they can do but give me painkillers! Why?! What about after patient care? Im sure I have an infection in my jaw but no one wants to see my at the unit so if the pain and swelling does not go i'll have to go to Minor Injuries or A&E now! I'm having to be home from work because its that bad but hey refuse to see me even though they carried out the procedure!
"Horrible so far!"
