"Brilliant Care"

We had an excellent experience with an unexpected visit to Kingston Hopsital on Friday evening. The service in A&E was swift with no unnecessary paperwork or red tape. The medical staff on the Sunshine ward were exceptional particularly the Sister and doctor - keeping me so well informed of my daughters condition and next steps. I felt calm and reassured the entire time I was there. And when the steroids they had to give her all night resulted in her flying round the ward until 4am, they still managed to keep my spirits up and were so kind to my 16month old daughter. It is obvious they have thought about the children in their care. Play rooms, toys at every turn and a playground, there was never a dull moment. Well done Kingston, it is good to know how reliable and excellent our local hospital is. Thank you.
