I came to Dvh today to have a blood pressure monitor fitted, the nurse who fitted it reassured me and I was in and out in 10 minutes which was fantastic :). On arrival I got lost and there was a lovely person in out patients who was a volunteer and they showed me where I needed to go :). Great service, very much appreciate the NHS, thank you :)
