"Terrible"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

Antenatal clinic receptionist actively blocks requests when you try to make a midwife appointment and fails to show any sense or understanding that some women need to be seen more frequently than others due to complications. Not only this is they extremely sarcastic. They thinks it is their job to be the gate keeper to all appointments which is extremely dangerous for a non medically qualified person to do. When you try to call the antenatal clinic you wait over 30 minutes on hold to be cut off. I wish I had never booked here.
