PALS have supported my family with regards to my father, who is currently an in-patient. My father has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and this has been an enormous learning curve for us as a family.
There have been issues/questions and problems along the way. And without the Pals Managers help (Rachel) we would have found it difficult to navigate through the hospital system. In that respect Pals have been the light at the end of the tunnel, always ready to help, advise and listen. It is also fantastic that Rachel is a Nurse and so has experience on both sides.
We, as a family are eternally grateful to Rachel and her team. And as a hospital you are exceedingly lucky to have such a professional and dedicated team on hand.
