What I liked
Most staff were kind.
What could be improved
Staff did not take the time to tell me what was happening.
Toilets could be very cleaner.
One Nurse who had to take a samply of blood gave up because he was going off duty in ten minutes.
I was not told how long it would be before I saw a doctor.
Anything else?
The big problem, was the lack of updating me or my family, I was in a cubical right by the nurse station, and most of the time the nurse's were talking about wimbledon, (tennis).
