Just a quick thanks. Arrived at A&E, was dealt with promptly and efficiently, redirected to minor injuries. Asked directions of a cleaner who was very surly and unhelpful, but all was plain sailing after that! Waited half an hour or so in a crowded, slightly grubby waiting room then seen by a bright, enthusiastic doctor who checked me out thoroughly, patched me up and sent me on my way. Although the clinic was clearly pretty busy they were working quickly and as a team. In and out in an hour and on a Bank Holiday too - well done!
