"My views regarding my recent treatment"

29th July 2015,Two weeks after an inspection of my Bladder was admitted today to Hopkins Ward of the RBH Reading for a small procedure to remove a Cancerous lump from my bladder , the speed of being treated was very gratifying and the treatment that I received was exemplary I was taken to the operating within 5 min of my appointed time. all details of the procedures were explained after a period in the recovery I was taken back to the ward. Where I was treated with respect and courtesy, staff very efficient and very help full. I would say it was a pleasure to be in Hospital with full confidence in all the staff and treatment. This continued on my discharge as the Hospital has a discharge lounge where to wait for ones pick up transport .Drinks ,Biscuits and sandwiches were provided free and a member of staff in charge even made the cup of tea for me. All of these things add up to a very caring NHS trust making for a very positive experience . Well done RBH top marks for patient care ,in my opinion could not have done better.
