"Ten minute appointment - more than two hours of..."

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

Very dismayed that what should've been a routine brief hospital visit became a long wait; the person we should have seen was unavailable and the replacement went to the wrong hospital. Also, why did my mother-in-law have those dilation eye drops when the person she saw didn't even look in her eye? Very disappointed with our first visit to your hospital.
