"Parking charges!"

A while ago my wife had received a parking fine at the hospital car park. At the time the system was in place however it had not been clearly displayed and highlighted. Anyway, we decided to pay the fine and move on, rather than have the stress of dealing with a parking enforcement company I visited the hospital on the 16th of June and this time the first thing i did was to log my car registration on the little screen by the reception. To my great surprise I received a fine again! Nobody answers the phone at the hospital, or at the parking company! NHS at its best! Thank you very much!
