About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

On arriving for my appointment was told it was cancelled as I had to cancel my building work for that day I was not too pleased they had a cancellation they were able to fit me in a bit later. Please may I ask why I was not informed of the cancellation, a reply would be very much appreciated also if my next appointment is cancelled will I be informed? Perhaps the best option will be to ring up my self to confirm just in case I am having more work done to my house and have to cancel.
