"I did call and got a message to leave a messsage"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, Queen Square

I have left yet another message this time I have timed and dated it. I left one in may this is the second one 29/07/2015 @ 0946hrs. lets see how many more months I have to wait for this one, the first call was to get an appointment where they said they were running two clinics and could not get back to me now I have to call again to find out what treatment I have to go on? why do I have to keep chasing?? thanks for the non existent service while I injure myself again.
