my 8yr old son was in a and e there was somebody elses bloodstain under the bed so the cleaning of floors can be improved

Anything else?

my sons wound was NOT stitched properly when the nurse came to take stitch out 9days later the wound was still open where it should have been stitched together the wound has been cleaned and dressed by a lovely nurse at the walk in centre where i have to go again in 2 days so she can check the wound has not been infected
