"no care from nurse who wont move off their chair"

About: Trafford General Hospital

op date 21/7/2015. general anaesthetic. ward 12. I found my nurse to be neither helpful nor caring and lazy. on waiting for my partner I was not asked once how I am feeling. I had too ask the nurse 3 times for my medication as my partner was on way. The nurse sat at their desk looking through me. Another nurse saw this and got my medication. I was also given a letter off said nurse Outpatient app 23 July 2015 no time. I asked what time. The nurse looked at the note blankly o just ring them. I asked is their anything I need to beware of . a blunt no just take medication. My letter has info given to patient nil. I received no aftercare, absolutely no help of what to be aware of. sun 26 July I nearly choked on my food due to my general anaesthetic . I struggled again on Mon 27 . I hold Trafford and especially that nurse responsible .
