"key hole gallbladder removal"

About: Good Hope Hospital

my mother had her gallbladder removed in the day care surgery department on Tuesday 30th June came out on the Wednesday and was rushed back in on Friday 3rd July. keep things simply not sure what the surgeon done but 4 attempts after by another surgeon and the main guy to put things right, she came out on Wednesday 22nd July and still got a up hill recovery to do. most of the nurses were lovely on ward 2 and ward 16 apart from a couple of nights were my mom was treated really really bad and this was by agency staff on all occasions,why they can treat people like this when they get paid more money than the full time staff?

I am sorry to learn that your mother suffered complications requiring further surgery.
