"Day centre keeps me active"

I started here four months ago. I used to go to a day centre in Prestwick but I was sitting all day there and I wanted to go somewhere I’d be more active and use my legs.

It’s very good here. The activity that takes place up to lunch, I’m keen on the bowling, are active and I have to get up and down. I’m also keen on arts and crafts, not that I’m any good at it, so I do that after lunch. I enjoying being here. You can decide what activities you want to do.

I like the company, that’s important. I come five days a week, many others only have 1 day, it’s a big advantage for me.
