As my own GP does not offer this service any longer I became quite nervous having to go to the CaSH clinic for such a personal procedure. I visited the clinic in Dewsbury health centre the day before my smear to make an appointment. The receptionist was extremly helpful and respected my privacy explaining to me that they didn't do appointments seeing my nervousness she advised me of times I could go when there wouldn't be many people, if any waiting, so returning on Saturday morning I went to the nurse for my smear she was very knowledgeable explaining in detain every thing that was going to happen before during and after my smear. she made me feel very relaxed. Her bedside manor was second to none, thank you.

Lovely to read you had a good experience at our CaSH clinic at Dewsbury. Its often difficult in such large health centres to ensure privacy. however, I know the team think it's of the utmost importance. Thank you for mentioning the nurses manner and knowledge, I know our nurses really enjoy their roles and pride themselves as being the experts.
