"Needs improvement"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

Most of the staff are lovely, but there seems to be a few that don't seem to care and have forgotten how to. There was a lot of calling other members of the team in front of patients. Even calling Doctor's!!! There was a lot of weighting round for someone to see you even though it looked like a lot of staff stood chatting! I wasn't the only patient that felt this.
