"Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme"

This was an excellent programme tailored to your needs and physical ability run by friendly knowledgeable staff. It encouraged you back into exercise and provides comfort around what you are able to undertake safely. Furthermore it brought you into direct contact with others who had suffered similar health problems and having the opportunity to talk to them, hearing about their experiences and working with them helped as part of my overall recovery. I would strongly recommend the programme to anyone who has had surgery for heart conditions.
