"Dirrans provides an essential service"

About: Dirrans Centre

(as a service user),

My social worker suggested I come to Dirrans, I live around the corner but I didn’t know it was there. It’s a very welcoming place, you feel at home right away. It’s always a good atmosphere and the staff go out of the way to help if you’re having a problem.

It was the only service for me, although I don't have a brain injury they were very accommodating. They put therapy in place which has been a brilliant thing, it’s given me and my mum a closer relationship.

Dirrans provides an essential service that is missing from NHS mental health services.

Dear John Smith,

Thank you for sharing your story.

I am glad that the services provided by the Dirrans Centre have helped you and your family. Person centred counselling has been very successful and we have had very positive feedback. Your comments will help us to continue providing these valuable services.

Kind Regards
