"I was immediately put at ease"

My dentist found an unusual lesion on my lower gum, obviously this was very worrying. I attended the Oral Surgery Dept. I was immediately put at ease Mr. Anang and his nursing Staff by their very cheerful banter.

An appointment was made for me to have a biopsy a few days later once again the Surgeon and nursing Staff were great everything explained in plain English and what to expect after the numbing injection wore off.

My face was swollen for a few days and I had to be careful not to bite my cheek but a couple of Aspirins was all that was needed.

In July I received a copy of a letter sent to my dentist which stated the lesion was a mild chronic inflammation and reactive hyperplasia and is of an innocent nature I have an appointment with my dentist this afternoon I am sure he will tell me what hyperplasia is.

I would like to thank everyone in the Oral Surgery Dept. for putting me at my ease and the wonderful care I was given.
