"Better than I expected"

Today I had an MRI scan. Having listened to many accounts I was scared to say the least. Firstly the staff were friendly, explained what I should expect, then not only showed me the machine but explained how far into it was to go. They made sure that I was comfortable and fully aware of what to expect. Having earplugs in and headphones playing the music of my choice, the half hour flew by, I wasn't far off going to sleep. What I thought was going to be a 'not nice' experience was actually very relaxing, most of which I think can be put down to the very professional but caring staff putting me at ease.
