Thanks for dealing with us so professionally in minor injuries at ED at RLI yesterday when we brought our 12 year old in with a wrist injury. We were worried when we saw 5 ambulances outside when we arrived, but we were in and out within 2 hrs which was amazing considering how busy the Dept was. Bethan was given painkillers as soon as she was triaged, and then everything flowed from having the xray, seeing the doctor, being told the diagnosis, and having a back slab put on. Thankyou. You all do a fab job and are a credit to the NHS, exemplifying 7 day working in practice ! We hope the nurse that put the back slab on didn't have her Twilight shift converted to a full night shift !
