"Superb service - excellent treatment"

I went to A&E on the advice of our local minor injuries clinic. I was seen within 30 minutes by a triage nurse and then was subsequently examined and seen by a number of relevant nurses, doctors and had every test that I believe it was possible to have. I was kept in for observation and given more tests and saw 2 consultants, before being discharged later the following day. I could not fault the care, diligence, respect and thoroughness of treatment that I received. I consider myself fortunate to live near to such a superb facility and I cannot thank the A&E team enough. I know that the NHS gets a lot of 'brick bats' directed at them - I, however would like to offer a metaphorical 'bouquet of thanks'.
