"Worst AnE available"

I was bought in yesterday in an ambulance n was very ill I was sat in accident and emergency for hours and when my mum asked how long the nurse said another 5hour wait which is completely pathetic because all minors had been seen I was in severe pain was unable to sit up n was finding it hard to breathe I am disgusted in the low level of care received from your staff and will be telling family and friends of my bad experience so they avoid going to BRI. I discharged myself and had the worst night at home unable to sleep and unable to catch my breath and suffering with severe chest pain. I am disgusted and think your A n E is the worst service available n if I need an A n E I will be travelling further to somewhere like dewsbury hospital. Also your staff had misplaced my card three times and didn't know what was goin on very unprofessional and your staff should be reconsidered.
