Excellent. Far exceeded my expectations. Staff were wonderful and very helpful - nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The only complaint was not receiving any printed exercises to follow when I was home following knee replacement surgery. My son printed details from Guys and St Thomas website.

We are so glad that we exceeded your expectations. We would like to apologise thought that you didn't seem to receive a copy of our Knee Replacement book. This contains pre-op informatoin as well as a six week post-procedure programme. The book is usually given to a patient either during their outpatient appointment or by a physiotherapist during Joint School. If you would like to receive a copy please call our physiotherapy department on 07161 422388 and we will happily send you one.
