"Treated with such kindness and courtesy"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Ophthalmology University Hospital Ayr / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Five weeks ago I had to go to Crosshouse A&E on a Sat. afternoon with an eye problem.

I was treated with such kindness and courtesy by all members of staff I came into contact with and then at 6pm sent to the Opthalmic Department in Ayr where once again all the staff were brilliant.

I am still being treated at the clinic at Crosshouse and have nothing but praise for everyone. My husband worked in the Health service all his working life and we always said it was the best and it is.

Not enough is said about the good work being done for the patients.
