Response from North Tyneside General Hospital

Dear Sir / Madam, Many thanks for sharing this with us - I hope you understand why I am coming back to you immediately. Your review is very worrying to read - I have never heard our respiratory team described in this way and clearly something has gone very wrong for you to feel that no one cares about the patient. I am very sorry that this is your experience of the ward and our hospital. Your review is anonymous but I would be very grateful if you would contact me urgently - if you are still in hospital we need to act immediately to ensure you get the support you need. My email is annie.laverty@nhct.nhs.uk. In the meantime I will be sharing your post with senior members of the respiratory team and managers within medicine. I know they will be nas disappointed as I am to read it and keen to establish what exactly has happened. I look forward to hearing from you and thanks again for bringing this to our attention, Annie Annie Laverty - director of patient experience
