"Post natal ward"

About: Royal Free Hospital

I gave birth at private hospital, due to some complications during the birth I ended up with a c-section. I had to stay at the hospital for 6 days due to sudden temperature spikes. After couple of days I started to feel bad again and was admitted to the Royal Free Hospital through A&E. What I can say? The difference is like black and white. A&E was perfect, can't say anything bad, it was quick, efficient, very nice and professional staff, but post natal ward is on absolutely different level. I am not originally from UK and I always thought how come new mums are leaving hospital on the next day ? And now I totally understand why... It is much better to be home than in this hospital.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you weren't impressed with our post natal ward. We would be really grateful to get your feedback on what you didn't like so that we can look into it and improve our service in the future. If you could, please email rf.communications@nhs.net with details. Many thanks, Rachel (digital communications manager).
