About: Royal Derby Hospital

Found majority of staff to be very pleasant .was asked to walk to chemist to fetch meds then go back to r.a clinic and wait for futher treatment , would have not been worth a mention if id not just said about how painfull my feet were , lucky my sister fetched them , lack of understanding me thinks ! Also said I was reluctant to have time of work and was told thats what xboxs were for again surly a member of the ra clinic should no how ra effects hands !

We were sorry to hear that you feel some of the staff working in the Clinic do not seem to show any empathy or understanding of your Rheumatoid Arthritic condition. We will certainly share your comments with the staff in this area so they may consider and review their behaviour and practice when dealing with their patients in the future.
