You can imagine that the news that such an operation is required is a big shock. After 18 months' investigations at our local hospital, my husband was referred here, and the speed and accuracy of diagnosis and subsquent treament have been extremely impressive. We have every confidence in the skill and professionalism found in this hospital. We have not been fobbed off. We have not been rushed through. At every stage we have been treated with respect, and staff have been able to take time to explain the various tests and procedures. This hospital is the tops. The operation done, my husband is now receiving first-class care on the ward (ward 11). The staff there are down-to-earth, very friendly and practical, and are prompt to answer queries.
