What could be improved

My wife had an appointment with the consultant for 10.40hrs on the 6th May, when we arrived at 10.15hrs we saw a notice stating the appointment times were running 1hr 15mins late, how on earth can this be so early in the day?

Perhaps the consultant had to do his rounds first, or was it that too many patients had been booked to cver for those who do not turn up.

Another thought that I have is that you are in some sort of arrangement with the firm that run the car park so that they make more money.
