What I liked

cleanliness and the reception and ambulance staff

What could be improved

no pain relief was administered after was involved in motornike accident, staff werent communciating effectively and instead of treating the injury continued to poke and prod. they admitted (2 doctors arguing outside my room) that why the 2nd dr was sent in when 1 dr had already examined me. absolutely disguisting behaviour and painful!

Anything else?

went to see own gp monday, the wound that the doctor and nurse dressed is infected and in fact tendon WAS torn and now needs two operations to repair!!!
