"Beware this hospital"

I spent 8 weeks in the hospital and had a dreadful experience! The food was awful and I contracted EColi as a result! Nurses did their best but there are not enough of them to handle the patients. Consultants rule as Gods and staff are afraid to cross them. Be careful at weekends as consultants do not work sat. or sun. You get relief doctors who might put a DNR notice on your medical records, without your knowledge. Or consent! These notices cannot be removed and may effect the level of service and attention you get, as if your sick then you will not be resuscitated in the event of any problems. I had this experience and it's taken a year to get any response to my complaint . I had meetings with senior medical officials and reps.,from PAL? What a joke they hide behind BMA rules that are out of date and do not comply with the latest guidelines.
