"A&E department"

About: Western Eye Hospital

A&E department on the 23/07/2015 Arrived to the department with my 18 months old daughter with an eye infection , waiting for hour and a half the nurse called me asking what's the problem, I explained that my daughter and I have an eye infection, the nurse as talking to me given me a very unpleasant look saying well your hygiene is not very good your not washing your hands that's why your daughter has the eye infection, It was absolutely disgraceful hearing this from a nurse. Accusing me of not being hygienic. Asked the nurse for their name but refused to do so, then given me a wrong name, but insisted after refusing to leave until I get their full name then they gave it to me. I'm making a formal complaint. Very unprofessional and very rude. I hope I never experience this kind of service again.
