"Excellent outpatient appointment - dermatology"

I've been back and forth to the GP for past 18months trying to get to see a skin specialist. They finally gave in a couple of months ago and referred me. The waiting time to get an appointment was reasonable. I attended today, and was met by friendly, helpful reception staff. I was seen on time, and was cared for by thorough specialist and a very attentive and understanding staff nurse, who went above and beyond to make my experience a stress-free one.
