"Visit to Urology/Out Patients"

I have a suspected kidney cancer and I had an appointment today with a Consultant. I can't praise them enough. They must have discussed this type of operation/problem many, many times but they went through my problem in detail, giving options and answering any questions I had with great clarity. I didn't feel rushed in any way and it was a great comfort. I was also pre-assessed for my operation and again the staff were wonderful. Particular praise to the nurses who despite being very busy, gave me their total attention in a professional, friendly and cheerful way. Again I didn't feel rushed. The whole process was swift, with no delays or waiting around. I arrived, anxious and very nervous and left feeling calm. Thank you very much indeed.
