I would like to thank all the staff who attended me during my gastroscopy and endoscopy at this hospital on Friday 17 July 2015. The consultant who performed the tests, and the endoscopy nurse manager who looked after me, were both excellent. They were cheerful, polite, informative and supportive throughout my visit, which was a completely positive experience. I was made to feel relaxed and confident and was treated with exemplary dignity. I had been anxious prior to my appointment but my anxieties turned out to be groundless. Please pass my thanks.
