"Maternity - Edith Ward"

My Wife was admitted to Northwick park, when we arrived we went to A&E and being told we need to go to Martinity unit was a waste of time. When I arrived at Maternity, there was no one around to help and my wife was in pain. When we found where to go, there was no one at the desk to help, when someone came we were told to wait for a ward clark to enter my wife's details. We waited for over 1 hour to wait for a ward clark, when another member of the staff could have entered her details. When we where taken to edith ward, my wife was treated like a dog.(some midwifes did not care if she was in pain). One day a midwife came in and they started playing around with my wifes bed while my wife was asleep and in pain. What person does that? Next day another midwife came they were speaking to my wife in a bad manor and also they were speaking to me in a bad manor. Patient across us, whell they were smiling with her and joking around with her and being polite. We have made a complaint with the Matren and have had no results. before being discharged, we where given a referral letter to st mary's. The date she arrived she has been told she has no appointment booked. What the hell is going on.
