"Cardio Rehab - Physio and lectures"

Extremely informative. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. In the physio cardio rehab classes there was a great ratio of staff/patient care and I was carefully monitored which made me feel very safe to start "moving about" after my heart attack with exercises graded to my ability. I was made more aware of listening to my body and I thoroughly enjoyed the excersises and continue to do them at home with confidence. Staff are very hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly and caring with a sense of humour. However I got the feeling that their facilities could be improved and that they were "making do" at times - not their fault! The lectures at St. Peter's are also extremely informative with plenty of opportunity to ask the questions I didn't think to ask when in hospital. Again, hard working and friendly staff. I consider this to be a very worthwhile and effective service.
