What I liked

When you actually got see a doctor is was pretty good.

What could be improved

It's a shame that on each of a number of visits it usually took 2-4 hours to see a doctor. I can understand this might need to happen occasionally if the hospial was busy. Just not everytime and for medical conditions like a blood clots.
