"A bit more care"

About: King's Mill Hospital

My cataract surgery went well and I am grateful to be able to see again. The person who carried out the surgery was not the same person I met to discuss the procedure previously. As I had visual problems after 3 days following my surgery i contacted the clinic for reassurance, instead I was given a passed on message from a Doctor to go to my opticians and they will look at my eye which I thought is not satisfactory as being disabled the trouble to get there and wait a further 3 days for an appointment , The clinic staff appeared polite but when I asked questions on my follow up appointment I found being talked over with feeling like here we go again I just explained all that.Staff should be aware some people ask questions.I expected to walk out very pleased and I wanted to express my appreciation but held back as it seems no one cared when I said how well I could see.
