What I liked

the staff on georgina ward were exellent

What could be improved

the car park was diabolical,,,i had to wait 30 mins to park,,then 10 mins to get out,,the lack of spaces is ridiculas,,and we have to pay for the privalage of being stressed out on there.

Anything else?

staff in pathology and waiting time was a joke,,,

2 staff on and one was not doing much due to the fact her shift was about to finish,she saw about 3 patients while i was waiting for 30 mins,,and spent the rest of the time chatting to staff and other patients about nothing,

Thank you for taking the trouble to post your comments. We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience during your visit to Russells Hall Hospital.

We appreciate that parking can be a concern at times for our patients and visitors and we advise that patients travelling to appointments in cars should leave plenty of time to park. As part of the original hospital planning, we were restricted on the number of car parking spaces. However, we now have approval to build a new multi-storey staff car park which, when complete, will create more spaces and ease parking problems.
